MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the United Way Heartland Region is to improve lives and advance the common good by connecting community resources with community needs. Our aim is to make Beadle and Kingsbury counties thrive with the opportunity of a better life for all. United Way works to advance the common good by focusing on the basic building blocks of Health, Education, and Financial Stability for everyone in our region. To do this, we will work to be a leader in bringing together partners to create lasting changes in our community, and will be recognized as a trusted steward of our community’s contributions and resources. We will measure, communicate, and learn from the impact of our work and that of our community partners.
