Partner Agency Information and Application

The United Way Heartland Region works to fund programs with an emphasis on Health, Education, and Financial Stability. All partner agencies are required to be a registered 501(c)(3) in good standing who are committed to improving lives in our region, and to be a working partner with the United Way Heartland Region. It is important that local groups and individuals recognize that United Way funds are used to focus on advancing the common good and not to promote political issues including, but not limited to, the pro-life/pro-choice debate. Partner agencies will act as active ambassadors in raising funds during our annual campaign. All funding is reviewed and approved annually by the United Way Heartland Region Board of Directors.

If your agency is interested in becoming a United Way partner agency, you will need to go through our application process. Agency applications come out in the Spring of each year, and are reviewed and interviewed by our Board of Directors in May. Click below for the most recent agency application. Our new application will be made available this coming Spring.
